Boreal True Care

Aurora Carlin Martini

Childcare, personal organizing, companionship for independent seniors, and house & pet sitting — on the San Francisco Peninsula, by one person.

She works under one phrase, and it is the only thing the legacy site kept from a brand: connection through presence.

Who you hire
Independent caregiver — she is the whole business; there is no agency and no declared legal entity.

What Aurora does, and what it costs

Four services, one person. Every rate below is published by the source; the page behind each row carries the full table, the minimum and the rules the source leaves open.

Payment is cash only, on every service. Two of the four minimums are not stated in the source, and several rules — the weekend surcharge, the holiday multiplier, the nanny share — do not close. Each service page says which.

What clients wrote

Three of seven, newest first. The legacy site published all seven as screenshots with no text: no screen reader, no search engine and no automated reading could see a single word of them.

Aurora was excellent with our 11 & 12 year old daughters. She helped them eat healthier, nudged them politely and explained patiently when they needed to be more organized or do their chores, and entertained them with great activities during summer break.

Aurora was wonderful taking care of our 9 month old baby girl. Very thoughtful, attentive, and engaging. Would totally hire her again should we need support again.

Aurora is absolutely wonderful! She babysat our 3-year-old daughter for two nights in a row, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our daughter typically has a very hard time when we leave (lots of tears and anxiety) but Aurora handled it beautifully. By the second night, there were barely any tears at all, which speaks volumes about how comfortable and safe Aurora made her feel. Aurora is patient, caring, and clearly knows how to connect with young children. We came home to a happily sleeping little girl both nights, and that peace of mind is priceless. We highly recommend Aurora!

In her words

Welcome!

Here is where intention meets action. More than an average caretaker, I've studied the meaning behind what true care really is. Observing cause and effect in interpersonal dynamics, I've been perfecting my approach to people, always aiming to create a safe environment where others can explore the ideas in their minds and the energy in their bodies. This is a place where connection is a priority, staying tunned with ourselves, others, and the world around us!

What makes my care stand out is simply paying full attention to who I'm caring for at the moment, it's actually that simple. It's communicating without words by perceiving someone else's presence, fully. How? By being fully present! Really seeing, really hearing, really acknowledging, really accounting for, really protecting, and really caring. It's real because it comes from a place of love---it's mine to give and yours to take, that simple.

I'm happy you found me, it means it was meant to be!

Yours truly, Aurora :)

Where the name comes from

From the Aurora Borealis, Boreal was born from the need to create colorful and memorable experiences in others' lives! Aurora means the arrival of light in the dark sky before the sunrise, it's the force that starts a day, it's strong and it's bright. I spent my whole life living up to my name, and now I get to share its' energy with you!

Ask for a time — Aurora replies by phone or e-mail

Five fields, and the form hands the message to your own e-mail app — nothing is sent until you press send there. A request is not a booking: a time is only held once Aurora confirms it. The source states no opening hours and no response time.
